An Engagement Fee in the amount of $595 is due by Client (Job Seeker/Candidate) upon the execution (signature) of Client Services Agreement (CSA).

A Placement Fee in the amount of $4395 is considered earned and due by Client (Job Seeker/Candidate) to HireTalent whenever,

■  The Client (Job Seeker/Candidate) referred to Employer by HireTalent is hired, directly or indirectly, for any position, as an employee, consultant, or independent contractor, by Employer, its affiliates, parents, or subsidiaries.

■  Fee is due within 10 days of the Client’s (Job Seeker/Candidate) start date. 

■  Non-refundable but transferable to other offerings
